Refund and Retuns
At mefsmart.com, we strive to offer an exceptional shopping experience to all our valued customers. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and offer refunds in accordance with the following policy:
Return Time Frame
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For software, digital goods, and certain electronics, a strict 14-day return window applies from the date of purchase.
Acceptable Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unopened, and in their original condition with all packaging, instructions, and accessories intact. Defective or damaged items will also be accepted for return or exchange.
Initiating a Return
To start a return, please contact our Customer Service team via email at returns@mefsmart.com or Whatsapp: +1 (307) 417 6837. You’ll need to provide your order tracking number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Process
After we have approved the order refund, return, or exchange, the product must be returned to the supplier’s address. Return the item repackaged securely in the original packaging if possible. Attach the provided tracking number that came with the product.
Once the tracking number has been provided (or once we have received the returned product), a replacement product will be shipped or a refund minus the shipping cost will be credited back to the card or original method of payment on file.
Refund Methods
For items returned within the stated time frame, we will gladly refund the purchase price using the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error. Refunds typically process within 5-7 business days once we receive the returned item(s).
How do refunds, returns, and exchanges work on MefsMart?
If you experienced any of the above scenarios, you must report the issue within 14 days of receipt. Otherwise, you agree that the product is deemed delivered and satisfactory.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or was delivered incorrectly.
Refunds are not available under the following circumstances:
Restocking Fees
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain product categories, such as large electronics or furniture. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee is waived for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Product Exceptions
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective: Customized or personalized products, intimate apparel, hazardous materials, and perishable goods. Additional exceptions may apply to specific product categories; please check the product details before purchasing.
Damaged/Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or is found to be defective, please contact us immediately. We will promptly arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund based on the specifics of the situation.
International Returns
For orders shipped internationally, the 30-day return window still applies. However, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any additional taxes or duties incurred on the returned items.
Holiday Extensions
During the holiday season from November 1 to December 31, we extend our return window to 45 days for most products to allow for gift returns after the holidays.
